American, 19th century, round 4 in. barrel, .31 caliber, 3rd model, marked on barrel "Hopkins and Allen Manufacturing Co. Norwich CT", serial number 235 under loading lever, wood grips; round 4-1/2 in. barrel, .31 caiber, top of barrel reads "The Union Arms Co.", marked "81" on loading lever, serial number "12317" and "5" near front of trigger guard, wood grips

Provenance:From the Estate of Judge David Creekmore, Knoxville, Tennessee

Condition:

patina, pitting and scratching to metal surfaces throughout, marring and some minimal loss to wood grips, hammers, cylinder and triggers work appropriately
